Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  3. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

     Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or not in its original condition.

     Refunds

     • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

     • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

     • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
